Sparrows BSM, through Sparrows Group, has a working agreement with Latchways, a global company dedicated to protecting and securing the safety of people working at height, in the supply and installation of Latchways fall protection products. This agreement not only covers the integration of new equipment into existing platform systems, but also covers the maintenance and extension of the service life of each of the systems in addition to the supply and support of spare parts.

Our contract enables Sparrows BSM to utilize Latchways’ more than 35 years of experience in cable-based fall protection. Our solutions provide the free movement of the worker with continuous and total safety, covering a wide range of problems involving working at height.

Latchways Ladder Latch System:

The Ladder Latch system provides safety in chimneys, towers, cranes, silos and other vertical working applications. In an eventual fall, the Ladder Latch locks immediately, minimizing a possible accident. The cable system can be oriented to follow the contours of the work structure and supports up to 4 workers.

Latchways Overhead System:

The Overhead system provides a fall protection solution in horizontal jobs, consisting of a cable, an attachment and an impact absorber that will control the entire load received in the event of a fall. Our Overhead system allows continuous movement along the steel cable, eliminating the need for separation or change of direction or at the intersection of the supports of the safety lines.
