Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct is intended to describe the behavior that employees and collaborators must adopt in the performance of their functional activities.

The principles of the Compliance System are:

• Ethics in the business of SPARROWS BSM;
• Loyalty to SPARROWS BSM;
• Fair, courteous and respectful treatment among co-workers;
• Appropriate fairness and consideration for the interests of others associated with SPARROWS BSM: customers, business partners, government authorities and the general public;
• Respect and protection of the environment.

HOW TO USE THE CODE OF CONDUCT

This Code of Conduct provides a summary of the regulatory requirements and business practices that guide our decisions and activities. The Code contains information on our policies as well as information for guidance on a particular business practice or compliance issue. A careful analysis of this document and commitment to the application of the requirements set out in it is advisable.

This Code of Conduct is not intended to cover every situation that SPARROWS BSM employee may encounter, but it covers the most common corporate situations.
It is everyone’s responsibility to be aware of the contents of this Code and to respect it.
